Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for credits, subscriptions, and one-time purchases.

Credit Packs and One-Time Purchases

Unused credits from one-time credit pack purchases may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and the account has not substantially used the service. Refund requests must be sent to our support email with the order or transaction reference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We may consider refunds for the current period in exceptional cases (e.g. technical failure preventing use, duplicate charge). Contact support with your account and billing details.

Failed or Unsatisfactory Generations

If a generation task fails due to a service error, we will refund the credits used for that task to your account. If you believe a completed generation does not meet reasonable quality expectations due to a platform issue, contact support with the task or creation ID; we may issue a credit refund at our discretion.

Eligibility and Exclusions

Refunds are not available for credits or subscription time already consumed, for abuse or violation of terms, or where local law does not require a refund. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of fraud or repeated requests.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to our support address (see Contact page) with your account email, the order or task ID if applicable, and a short reason for the request. We will respond within a few business days and, when applicable, process the refund as described above.
